Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Full-Time | Santa Cruz, CA (In-Person Only)
Wonderfil, PBC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support the production of our refill stations and warehouse operations. Training will be provided and we are looking for someone to start in June 2026.

Responsibilities
- Build Wonderfil’s warehouse operations from the ground up
- Receive, stock, pack, and ship inventory related to our refill stations as well as the bulk soaps to refill our growing stations
- Keep our inventory accurate and ensure we have enough material on hand
- Deliver product, restock, and clean deployed Wonderfil machines in the greater bay area
- Keep digital systems up to date with inventory transactions
- Manage Wonderfil’s growing logistics network
Qualifications
Required
- Must live in Santa Cruz County and be available to work 100% in-person at our Westside Santa Cruz warehouse
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfort operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Preferred
- Exposure to production lines or hardware manufacturing processes
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 70,000 + DOE
- 2 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO), sick days, and holiday pay
